Tres Islas Site Plans

The plan "ZONIFICATION DEL PROYECTO" allows flexibility for several different building / housing options:

  • A - EDIFICIOS DE APARTAMENTOS - this section is closest to the entrance and asphalt highway on the highest point of the property with spectacular 360 degree views of the mountains and ocean. Multilevel apartment type structures could be built here or approximately 25 - 1000 sq ft cabanas.
  • B - AREA RESIDENCIAL - this area of about 2 hectares / 5 acres has great ocean view and is flat. Each lot would be at least 600m2 / 6,450 ft2 providing 30 homes.
  • C - AREA RESIDENCIAL - These are the prime lots- close to the ocean, hear waves with breathtaking views.
